Auro du Château Grand Boise is a blend of 3 parcels of Grenache and Cinsault from the top of the estate. A fruity cuvée, vinified with indigenous yeast and aged in concrete tanks. A pretty, fruity, gourmand wine with light hints of spice. Round and charming, this is a very successful all-rounder in 2023.

The Chablis 1er cru La Fourchaume du domaine Pommier is a very great Chablis 1er cru. On the nose, this organic Burgundy wine has an elegant aromatic bouquet, developing on notes of white-fleshed fruit such as pear and peach, delicate floral nuances and a subtle mineral touch, typical of Chablis. On the palate, the attack is lively and fresh, with a mineral texture that lends the wine a fine length on the finish.

Pétra du domaine Dominique Hauvette is undoubtedly one of France's finest rosés. This organic wine is highly complex, developing notes of red fruit, almond and fruit paste. The cuvée 1769 du Clos Venturi is made from the old parcels of Domaine Vico. This biodynamic white wine from Corsica is a model of freshness and gourmandise. The vermentino develops fruity and floral notes. Long on the palate.

Clos Venturi 1769 Rosé is made from Sciaccarellu grown on sandstone with a south/southeast orientation at the top of the hillsides. This great Corsican rosé is elegant and fragrant, developing floral notes and hints of citrus (grapefruit). The finish is long and saline.

Le bois du cerf rosé is a blend of grenache and sciaccarellu from Domaine Vico. This organic Corsican wine is gourmand, developing on notes of red fruit (strawberry cherry); lovely fresh finish.

The Brama cuvée from Clos Venturi is a 100% Sciaccarellu wine. This charming grape variety produces rich, silky, and fruity wines. This cuvée, vinified and aged in Ponte-Leccia, develops aromas of red fruits and notes of sweet spices. The palate is full-bodied and generous, supported by silky tannins.
