L'abeille de Fieuzal rouge is a superb Pessac-Leognan red, fruity and full of energy. This is Chateau Fieuzal's second wine, which requires more time to taste. A great success for Chateau Fieuzal in this balanced 2019 vintage.

An exceptional bottle, this grand cru Schlossberg from domaine Marcel Deiss. This Alsace grand blanc has a luminous intensity. Straightforward, mineral, with a rare complexity, it develops on notes of yellow and white fruits, flint, fresh herbs and spices. A wine that never ends on the palate. The domaine Elian Da Ros produces a great, dry, highly aromatic white from the Southwest. This organic wine develops on airy notes of white flowers and white fruits. The 2021 vintage is superb, the wine boasting superb length. Not to be missed.

Mire la Mer des Clos Perdus is a powerful, racy cuvée. This organic Corbières wine is made from a rigorous selection of grapes from 5 plots with heavy, clay-limestone soils on the edge of the detangs between Peyriac-de-Mer and Bages. The wine is partially aged in barrels. This is a cuvée for laying down, made to last for years. Forget about 10 years in the cellar.

Magnificent Cinsault du domaine Hauvette, all finesse. The nose develops notes of raspberry, garrigue, almond, hazelnut and morello cherry. Full-bodied and fresh on the palate. A lovely finish of gourmandise.

Le Roucas, a red cuvée from the domaine Hauvette, features 60% Grenache. More accessible in youth than the estate's other red cuvées, Roucas develops on notes of thyme, mint and cherries. The finish is always fresh and elegant. Light decanting and serving at 15-16° is recommended. A great bottle from Baux de Provence.
