Straightforward, mineral, with a rare complexity, it develops on notes of yellow and white fruits, flint, fresh herbs and spices. A wine that never ends on the palate. The Clos du Calvaire red is a magnificent Châteauneuf-du-pape: a full, generous wine with aromas of cherries, violets and spices. The palate is suave and balanced, with persistent tannins and notes of ripe fruit. This cuvée shines for its fruit finesse and harmony on the palate.

Auro blanc du Château Grand Boise is a superb organic white from Provence made from grenache noir. This blanc de noirs is a gourmet organic wine, with a fruity attack, but resting on a lovely fresh finish. A superb success.

Cornaline 2019 from domaine Hauvette, a complex and powerful organic wine that deserves a few years cellaring before tasting. The wine reveals notes of black fruit, garrigue, zan, licorice. Superb length.

Le Roucas, a red cuvée from the domaine Hauvette, features 60% Grenache. More accessible in youth than the estate's other red cuvées, Roucas develops on notes of thyme, mint and cherries. The finish is always fresh and elegant. Light decanting and serving at 15-16° is recommended. A great bottle from Baux de Provence.
