A magnificent Saint-Joseph red, complex and long: it develops notes of red fruit and pepper. Silky tannins and great overall balance! We love it!
CloseMire la Mer des Clos Perdus is a powerful, racy cuvée. This organic Corbières wine is made from a rigorous selection of grapes from 5 plots with heavy, clay-limestone soils on the edge of the detangs between Peyriac-de-Mer and Bages. The wine is partially aged in barrels. This is a cuvée for laying down, made to last for years. Forget about 10 years in the cellar.
CloseThe cuvée rosé Prestige du Domaine de Saint-ser Saint-Ser is a great Provence rosé. The original blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah gives it an extraordinary aromatic complexity, as each grape variety adds its own personal note: the red fruit of Grenache, the finesse of Cinsault, the aromatic intensity of Syrah. A magnificent rosé equally at home as an aperitif or with a refined meal.
ClosePrioundo des Clos Perdus is a superb, well-balanced Corbières: it's a rich, gourmand organic wine, developing on notes of red fruit (raspberry, cherry), with a mineral finish (earth, wet stone) and bitter orange peel. Very good length.

CloseMagnificent Cinsault du domaine Hauvette, all finesse. The nose develops notes of raspberry, garrigue, almond, hazelnut and morello cherry. Full-bodied and fresh on the palate. A lovely finish of gourmandise.
CloseLe Roucas, a red cuvée from the domaine Hauvette, features 60% Grenache. More accessible in youth than the estate's other red cuvées, Roucas develops on notes of thyme, mint and cherries. The finish is always fresh and elegant. Light decanting and serving at 15-16° is recommended. A great bottle from Baux de Provence.
