Owner Dominique Hauvette offers wines with a strong personality. Domaine Hauvette uses organic farming methods to bottle wines that are as close as possible to this magnificent terroir. Since 23, Dominique Hauvette has implemented biodynamic viticulture and cultivates her vines with very low yields.
