Terre d "émotion Brut Vérité des Champagne Charpentier boasts a brilliant yellow-gold color, illuminated by green-gold highlights. Initially brioche-scented with hawthorn and violets, the nose is very fine and gourmand. The terroir enhances the blend, and the tangerine, white pepper and limestone minerality are very persistent and harmonious.

More rare than the red, Trevallon blan is one of France's great white wines. This cuvée has an open nose with notes of pineapple and vanilla. The attack is fresh, the palate balanced with toasty, mentholated notes. Great length.

Magnificent Cinsault du domaine Hauvette, all finesse. The nose develops notes of raspberry, garrigue, almond, hazelnut and morello cherry. Full-bodied and fresh on the palate. A lovely finish of gourmandise.

Le trou de l'Ermite du Château de Caraguilhes possesses a dense nose marked by beautiful fruit full of freshness. It develops on deep notes of blackberry and licorice, followed by rosemary and thyme. The palate is round and full-bodied, underlined by dark berry aromas and hints of black tapenade. The freshness of the mid-palate gives the wine real personality. La Fugue du domaine Hauvette is an organic 100% Vermentino wine, endowed with the freshness of its terroir and the floral and exotic fruit notes typical of the grape variety. It develops beautiful aromas of hawthorn, almond and sweet spices.

Pétra du domaine Dominique Hauvette is undoubtedly one of France's finest rosés. This organic wine is highly complex, developing notes of red fruit, almond and fruit paste. The finish is always fresh and elegant. Light decanting and serving at 15-16° is recommended. A great bottle from Baux de Provence.
