Magnificent Cinsault du domaine Hauvette, all finesse. The nose develops notes of raspberry, garrigue, almond, hazelnut and morello cherry. Full-bodied and fresh on the palate. A lovely finish of gourmandise.
CloseCornaline 2019 from domaine Hauvette, a complex and powerful organic wine that deserves a few years cellaring before tasting. The wine reveals notes of black fruit, garrigue, zan, licorice. Superb length.

CloseLe Roucas, a red cuvée from the domaine Hauvette, features 60% Grenache. More accessible in youth than the estate's other red cuvées, Roucas develops on notes of thyme, mint and cherries. The finish is always fresh and elegant. Light decanting and serving at 15-16° is recommended. A great bottle from Baux de Provence.
