Owner Dominique Hauvette offers wines with a strong personality. Domaine Hauvette uses organic farming methods to bottle wines that are as close as possible to this magnificent terroir. Since 23, Dominique Hauvette has implemented biodynamic viticulture and cultivates her vines with very low yields. The plantation's 15 hectares are planted on clay-limestone soils, and Domaine Hauvette produces over 8% red wines.The wines never lapse into modernism: they are always endowed with a beautiful spicy structure and that minerality that gives the wine length and elegance.Domaine 3 stars in the guide des meilleurs Vin de France 219, top rating
