The Cuvée Paul from domaine des Homs is a red-fruit-dominated Minervois that can be enjoyed decanted in its second year. You can also forget it in your cellar and enjoy it for a few years. Made from Syrah and a little Grenache, this organic wine develops notes of black fruit and spices, with good concentration and freshness. Great value for money!

The cuvée le Petit Chemarin from domaine François Crochet has a beautifully intense nose with notes of yellow fruit and a few floral touches. The palate is harmonious, full of fruit, a well-presented minerality with a saline finish. A great wine!
