Triple Zéro du Domaine de la Taille aux Loups is the benchmark bubbly on Montlouis. This grand chenin is not dosed. The result is an airy, complex bubble that needs a few years to fully reveal itself. Worthy of a very good champagne. Guide des meilleurs vins de France 2017 : 15/20
Sweet and fragrant, the Cinsault from Freesia rouge du Mas d'Espanet is a real treat. With great digestibility, it's the ideal red wine to accompany aperitif dinners, salads and or other buffets.
Like the 2019, the 2022 vintage Autour de Jonquières du Mas Jullienis built for cellaring. Like all vintages, you'll have to be patient and wait a decade or so to enjoy this wine, which develops notes of red fruits and light spices. A benchmark for the region.
