Confidences de Robert Perroud is a lovely Burgundy that expresses the finesse of Pinot Noir. This organic wine aged 12 months in casks has lovely character and plenty of balance. A lovely treat in the bottle.

La cuvée Terres de la Crau du Clos du Calvaire is a parcel-based cuvée from the estate. It presents a varied palette of blackberry, rose and spice aromas. The palate is generous, with ripe black fruit aromas, coated tannins and a chocolate finish. A concentrated, generous wine that aptly highlights the terroirs of La Crau.

Petraea champagne is made according to a principle similar to that of Solera: each year, 25% of the last harvest is added. Thus, the wine is composed of all the preceding vintages, in decreasing proportion. This perpetual reserve began in 1997. Aromas of fruit, white flowers and spices. On the palate, the champagne is full and rich, powerful yet retaining a lovely freshness.
