A Capra Sorda rouge du domaine Vincenti is a Patrimonio 100% niellucio . This ambitious organic Corsican wine has the depth of the great wines from this region: it develops on notes of black fruit, licorice and spice. Lacey tannins and great length for this wine for laying down.

Le Clos des Grives Blanc 2023 is the flagship dry white wine from Domaine Combier—one of the best white wines from Crozes-Hermitage, according to the Revue du Vin de France. Made from 100% Roussanne grown on the clay-limestone plateau with rounded pebbles at Clos des Grives, from 50-year-old vines cultivated organically since 1969. Fermented in barrels, 10% of which are new oak, and aged for 12 months. Full-bodied yet refined, fragrant and long—yellow fruit, honey, fresh almonds, with a mineral finish featuring mouth-watering bitter notes. Best enjoyed within five to ten years.

A Capra Sorda blanc du domaine Vincenti is the estate's other white parcel. A round, woody wine, with gourmet, flattering notes of vermentinu. A lovely gastronomic wine that will stand up to dishes in sauce and cheeses.

Cornaline 2019 from domaine Hauvette, a complex and powerful organic wine that deserves a few years cellaring before tasting. The wine reveals notes of black fruit, garrigue, zan, licorice. Superb length.

The cuvée Vieilles Vignes du Clos des Quarterons is a beautifully rich Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil. After 1 to 3 hours decanting, this cuvée reveals candied cherry and prune notes. Good length for this cuvée, which can be enjoyed with white meat or a fine cheese.
