Created in 2002, the estate is run using organic farming methods. The red wines are powerful and full-bodied, the dry whites mineral and complex. An estate with sensible prices and organic wines with a strong personality! Rated one star in the Guide des meilleurs vins de France 2022

The Sarrat del Mas 2023 is the flagship wine of Domaine des Soulanes, an organic Côtes du Roussillon Villages. The nose is clean and fresh, accented by a hint of licorice. The palate is balanced and well-structured, supported by silky tannins.
