In this beautiful natural sweet wine, the fruit asserts itself from the outset, between black cherry and slightly peppery blackcurrant. A superb palate, on fleshy fruit and licorice, the whole disposing of a beautiful freshness.

The cuvée Salines du domaine des Soulanes is a Côtes du Roussillon villages with a strong identity. The wine is powerful on the nose, with notes of very ripe fruit. The palate is greedy, long and structured, with mellow tannins. Powerful and masterful!
