Château des Annibals - Var IGP - Rosé 2025

Magnificent Vin de France (the Vouvray appellation has been withdrawn because it is vinified in the commune of Montlouis, as usual, and not Vouvray) than this cuvée les argiles from domaine François Chidaine. Highly perfumed, this cuvée features citrus and white fruit notes. we appreciate the balance and tension present in the wine. Guide des meilleurs vins de France 2017: 18/20 (mill 2014).

The domaine Elian Da Ros produces a great, dry, highly aromatic white from the Southwest. This organic wine develops on airy notes of white flowers and white fruits. The 2021 vintage is superb, the wine boasting superb length. Not to be missed.

La Soie rouge du Chemin des rêves is a magnificent Pic-Saint-Loup. It has an intense, complex nose, with aromas of jammy fruit, spices (nutmeg, cloves) and roasting. On the palate, it's opulent, silky and licorice-flavored. It goes well with tasty meats: leg of lamb cooked in rosé, duck with honey and spices, capon with chanterelles.

Chateau Romanin Grand Vin Rosé is a magnificent rosé from Les Baux de Provence. On the nose, this organic wine develops notes of blackberries and strawberries, as well as citrus fruits such as tangerine, lemon and grapefruit. The attack is frank and generous, with a lovely roundness and fullness on the palate. Very good length.
