A pale-toned Corbières rosé, developing fresh notes of grapefruit and vine peach. A balanced palate, resting on a fine mineral finish. Château de Caraguilhes is a superb Corbières estate protected by 5 hectares of garrigue, creating a rich ecosystem and a unique environment. Situated some 3 kilometers from the Mediterranean Sea at altitudes ranging from 1 to 18 meters, the Caraguilhes vineyard is exposed to a north-westerly wind (the Tramontane) that naturally sanitizes the vines by limiting fungal diseases and the density of insect pests. This wind also keeps the vineyard cool on hot summer days, maintaining good acidity levels in the grapes and ensuring slower, more complete ripening. Château de Caraguilhes has been organic since 1992 to best assert its terroir and produce wines with strong personality. A great success story!
