Amo Roujo du domaine le Novi is opaque red in color. The very intense nose reveals aromas of blackberries, black cherries, tart berries and hints of cumin and cocoa. The attack on the palate is frank and velvety, with ripe, silky tannins.

The red Illico cuvée from the domaine des Schistes boasts bright fruit. This blend of marselan, merlot and carignan has a lovely personality: the wine is silky, light but with a nice chewy texture. A cuvée that can be drunk slightly chilled.

Cuvée Cantalouette du Château Tour des Gendres has a deep, sustained garnet-red color with purplish highlights. The nose is powerful, with notes of ripe fruit and sweet spices. On the palate, the ripe fruit aromas return. Guide des meilleurs vins de France 2022 : 90/100

Cochon Volant is an organic Corbières from Château de Caraguilhes . The nose of this organic wine offers very intense fruit aromas with notes of raspberry, blackcurrant and cherry.
