Prioundo des Clos Perdus is a superb, well-balanced Corbières: it's a rich, gourmand organic wine, developing on notes of red fruit (raspberry, cherry), with a mineral finish (earth, wet stone) and bitter orange peel. Very good length.

Campagnes de domaine Maxime Magnon is a great Corbières made from old estate carignan. Maxime sublimates this grape variety, creating a very velvety wine that develops on notes of sweet spices and cooked red fruits.
