A former chef, François Villard, who has decided to run his vineyard as a certified organic farm since 2019, produces wines from the northern Rhône Valley that are more focused on finesse. Here, the emphasis is not on opulence, but on good ripeness without heaviness, creating wines with length and uprightness, while respecting the fruit.
