The Saint-Peray Version from domaine François Villard is made mainly from marsanne. This Rhone Valley wine has that extra touch of vivacity that makes this cuvée so charming, even in warm years. Domaine François Villard belongs to the elite of Rhône Valley wines. A former chef, François Villard, who has decided to manage his vineyard using certified organic farming methods since 2019, produces wines from the northern Rhône Valley that are more focused on finesse. Here, the emphasis is not on opulence, but on good ripeness without heaviness, creating wines with length and uprightness, while respecting the fruit.
