At Domaine Ledogar, viticulture is natural: special care is lavished on the very old Carignan and Grenache vines (between 6 and 11 years old) that make up two-thirds of the property. The wines of Domaine Ledogar are rich and excellent value for money. L'atout du Pique du domaine Pique-Basse is a cuvée from a single 45-year-old plot of white Grenache, very rare in a "roaixois" landscape dominated by red wines, located below the Ventraben massif lieu dit les crottes. This 100% Grenache blanc develops notes of sun-kissed fruit, followed by a remarkable balance between mellowness and freshness, finishing with a citrus/fennel duo. A gastronomic white!
