The Lirac from Domaine Alain Jaume is a powerful, structured organic wine. On the nose, candied red and black fruit aromas dominate. The palate is ample, suave, with aromas of blackcurrant liqueur and spices. The tannic structure is harmonious and elegant, thanks to the wine's fleshiness. Slightly licorice notes on the finish give this wine great length and complexity.

The Lirac from Domaine Alain Jaume is a powerful, structured organic wine. On the nose, candied red and black fruit aromas dominate. The palate is ample, suave, with aromas of blackcurrant liqueur and spices. The tannic structure is harmonious and elegant, thanks to the wine's fleshiness. In 1826, the Jaume family decided to cultivate Châteauneuf-du-Pape vines, but it was in 1979, thanks to Alain Jaume, that the estate really took off, with the creation of Domaine Grand Veneur. Spread over 78 hectares on either side of the Rhône, the family produces Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Vacqueyras and Lirac. Benefiting from one of the finest terroirs in the region, the children, Sébastien and Christophe, take up the torch with dignity, working to ensure the prosperity of the estate through integrated viticulture and meticulous work, resulting in wines that are rich and powerful, but not without finesse.
