The Bambines du Château Rousset is a selection of the finest grapes: this organic rosé is harvested exclusively at night, during the coolest hours! Every effort is then made to preserve the finesse, softness and voluptuousness of the night harvest...Château Rousset is located in the Manosque region, between Aix and Sisteron, in the Coteaux de Pierrevert AOC, which stretches along the hills bordering the Durance River. Small, heterogeneous in its exposures and terroirs, and often forgotten in books and maps, this appellation nonetheless remains a great reserve of oenological discovery for lovers of freshness. Château Rousset has belonged to the EMERY family since the early 19th century, and remains family-owned. It is organically farmed and has many north-facing plots, enabling the wines to retain their elegance and freshness. Prices are very measured!"The vineyard forms an original entity where Rhodanian and Provençal influences overlap, but where altitude tempers the southern aspect of the wines. They have a freshness that invigorates their expression. When well used, this character accentuates the perception and fullness of the fruit. Cochon Volant is an organic Corbières from Château de Caraguilhes . The nose of this organic wine offers very intense fruit aromas with notes of raspberry, blackcurrant and cherry.
