The cuvée les Charmes du domaine de la Bonne Tonne comes from organically farmed vines with an average age of 60 years; it is vinified naturally without yeast or additives added during winemaking. It has intense fruit and soft tannins. A wine that's easy to pair with many dishes. Velvet in the bottle.Domaine de la Bonne Tonne is a small Beaujolais estate. Winemakers for 7 generations in Morgon, the vineyard consists of 7ha5 under organic farming in conversion to biodynamic agriculture (DEMETER). 6ha4 are in the Morgon appellation on 3 climats: "Les Charmes", "Grand Cras" and Morgon's most famous climat "Côte du Py". 1ha1 is cultivated in the Beaujolais appellation, including 5 ares of red and 6 ares of white (Chardonnay grape variety). Domaine de la Bonne Tonne wines have great finesse and expressive fruit. A wonderful discovery!
