Tombé par terre rouge du domaine Vila Voltaire is a superb Languedoc red, powerful and racy, with notes of spices and garrigues. The Vila Voltaire is a Languedoc estate located on the terroirs of Saint-Chinian and IGP Coteaux d'Ensérune. The estate's priority is to respect its terroir and the life in the soil: Vila Voltaire is therefore organically farmed. Vinification is not very interventionist, with, moreover, a very thoughtful use of wood ageing. The estate alternates barrels and terracotta jars to age its wines according to their potential. We fell under the spell of these organic wines, full of fruit and freshness. We were also won over by the precision of the Vila Voltaire wines and their impeccable aromatic definition. A wonderful discovery!
