Domaine Guilhem Barré

The Domaine Guilhem Barré is a winery located in Ventenac-Cabardès, Aude, France. It is run by Guilhem Barré, a biodynamic winemaker who cultivates 5 hectares of vines on clay-limestone terroir.

Guilhem Barré began his career in the vineyard in 2008, after studying psychology. He quickly turned to organic and biodynamic viticulture, convinced that these practices are more respectful of the environment and terroir.

The Domaine Guilhem Barré produces red, white and rosé wines. Red wines are mainly made from Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. White wines are made from Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Marsanne grapes. Rosé wines are made from syrah and grenache noir.

The wines of Domaine Guilhem Barré are renowned for their expression of terroir and authentic character. They are made without added sulfites and are certified biodynamic.
