The Gendrier family has been established on the Domaine des Huards since 1846. In 1950, four hectares of vines were grown here, mostly white romorantin grapes. The aim of Domaine des Huards is to offer natural wines that provide maximum pleasure. Their wines are characterized by fruitiness backed by good structure, persistence on the palate and a pleasant minerality. Value for money is excellent at Domaine des Huards.

The Cour-Cheverny is a magnificent white for laying down that allows you to discover the romorantin grape variety highlighted by domaine des Huards . There are many food and wine pairings with this great white wine, but we recommend, for example, poelé scallops or sea bass fillets a la plancha.

The François 1er cuvée from the domaine des Huards is richer, longer on the palate with es toasty, buttery notes that characterize its old romorantin vines.

The red Cheverny is a supple, light wine endowed with a lovely freshness that makes it suitable for charcuterie but also fish.

Le Pressoir, a red Cheverny from the domaine des Huards, is supple and greedy: it will be at ease with fine charcuterie, but also white meats such as roast chicken.

Finally, Le Vivier, is a cuvée that develops very pleasantly on spicy notes with a more tannic structure. Reserve it for fine red meats.
