Domaine Fouassier

Le domaine Fouassier in a few words....

The domaine Fouassier produces magnificent biodynamic wines from Sancerre. Today, the ninth and tenth generations of the family run Domaine Fouassier, which covers an area of 56 hectares on the best-known sites in the village of Sancerre. Domaine Fouassier is planted on different terroirs, such as Buzançais limestone and upper bedded limestone, as well as flinty clay formations in the upper Cretaceous. Domaine Fouassier uses organic farming methods. The wines are low in sulfur and full of personality. Domaine Fouassier has worked hard on the identity of its terroirs. You'll discover that there's not just one Sancerre, but many.

Discover other great organic Loire wines with the Montlouis from domaine de la Taille aux Loups the Saumur from Chateau de Villeneune, from domaine des Closiers, the Chinon from Chateau de Coulaine, Muscadet from domaine de la Haute Fevrie, Sancerres from domaine du Pré-Sémelé, the Pouilly-Fumé from domaine Pabiot or the Vouvray from domaine d'Orfeuilles for example.
