Le trou de l'Ermite du Château de Caraguilhes possesses a dense nose marked by beautiful fruit full of freshness. It develops on deep notes of blackberry and licorice, followed by rosemary and thyme. The palate is round and full-bodied, underlined by dark berry aromas and hints of black tapenade. The freshness of the mid-palate gives the wine real personality. The Maccabeu du domaine Lédogar is dry but fruity, developing lovely ripe fruit, with a discreet empyreumatic note. The palate is full and greedy, with good length. Light decanting recommended.

A lovely Chenin bubble, this Vouvray from Domaine d'orfeuilles. The bubble is fine, the palate lively and taut. A bottle to dedicate to the aperitif!
