A l'ombre du Figuier, the small cuvée from Mas de la Seranne , is a superb cuvée full of fruit. It develops on notes of red fruit (cherry), licorice stick, with a blackberry finish. Excellent value for money.

Les Gourgoules du Château de Caraguilhes is a superb Corbière: powerful, spicy and refined, it's the ideal companion to grilled meats. On the palate, the attack of this organic wine is silky with notes of pepper, blackberry and black olive that underline the fleshy side of this wine. The tannins give the wine excellent hold, reinforcing its overall balance. On the palate, we find the freshness of our Caraguilhes terroir, of which this wine is a modern expression. An elegant, spirited wine. Good value for money.

Esprit de Doyac is a fruity and silky Haut-Medoc, slightly oaky and with fine tannins.

Une et Mille nuits du domaine Canet Valette is a very successful Saint-Chinian. The nose reveals itself to be very aromatic with notes of black cherries and flowers (violets). The palate is greedy, concentrated but balanced, with fruity and spicy notes. This organic wine has excellent freshness and good length. A model Saint-Chinian. We were thrilled by the cuvée Antonyme 2023 from the domaine Canet Valette. The nose is expressive with red fruits and spices. The palate is round and greedy; it also has a very nice mache. A superb vintage for this cuvée.
