The Champagnes De Sousa in Avize are back: the Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs, elegant with its lively yet creamy mouthfeel, the windier Cuvée 3A, as well as a few bottles of Caudalies.

Located on the terroir of Avize, in the Côte de Blancs, the domaine produces exceptional bubbles. It has been working with respect for the environment since 1999, and has been certified organic since 2010 and certified biodynamic since 2013.

The entire range is highly convincing, these great Champagne wines having plenty of elegance and freshness. The bubbles are fine and bring a rare delicacy to these champagnes.

Guide des meilleurs vins de France 2023, domaine 2 étoiles: "The domaine consists of 14 hectares of vines, mainly chardonnays, located in the Côte des Blancs in Avize, as well as pinot noir, in Aÿ and Ambonnay. (...) the estate can rely on a large majority of grand cru terroir and a potential of old vines that exceed half of the estate. The constant evolution today allows a much better management of the woods, highlighting magnificentmaterials full of energy and concentration."
