Maison Antech

La Maison Antech is a winery located in Limoux, in the department of Aude, France. It specializes in the production of sparkling wines, in particular Limoux crémants. Maison Antech was founded in 1832 by Louis Antech. Since then, it has been run by five generations of the Antech family. The estate is now run by Jean-François Antech, the fifth descendant of Louis Antech. The estate is now in organic conversion.

The Maison Antech owns 100 hectares of vines, located on the hillsides of Limoux. The vines are planted with the region's traditional grape varieties, including mauzac, chardonnay and pinot noir.

La Maison Antech produces a wide range of sparkling wines, from crémants de Limoux bruts to crémants de Limoux rosés. The estate is also known for its natural sparkling wines, which are produced using the ancestral method.
