Confidences du domaine Robert Perroud is a pretty Burgundy that expresses the finesse of Pinot Noir well. This organic wine, aged for 12 months in casks, is full of character and balance. The Domaine Robert Perroud is driven by the quest for excellence from vine to glass. We fell under the spell of this environmentally-friendly estate, which is certified or in conversion to organic for many of its cuvées. In particular, we were seduced by the Cuvée Romain, a superb Brouilly for ageing, with clean, intense fruit. The Domaine Robert Perroud is a wine to be discovered urgently!

Petraea champagne is made according to a principle similar to that of Solera: each year, 25% of the last harvest is added. Thus, the wine is composed of all the preceding vintages, in decreasing proportion. This perpetual reserve began in 1997. Aromas of fruit, white flowers and spices. On the palate, the champagne is full and rich, powerful yet retaining a lovely freshness.

This Chablis village du domaine Pattes Loup has a very fine breadth and a well-balanced finish... A model Chablis made from ripe grapes but with a lovely freshness. 2022 produced rich, greedy Chablis, with a slightly sunny side typical of the vintage.

This Bourgogne Blanc Chiraz du domaine Robert Perroud is a 100% Chardonnay that has the rightness of a Bourgogne, thanks to a micro terroir of 80 ares of limestone in the "Pierres dorées" of Beaujolais and careful ageing in Auxey Duresse barrels. It develops notes of white-fleshed fruit, hazelnuts and butter. Great value for money!
