Robert Perroud takes the time to age his wines for a minimum of 18 months in oak barrels, to achieve a finesse that honors the great wines of Burgundy. A superb success!

Robert Perroud takes the time to age his wines for a minimum of 18 months in oak barrels to achieve a finesse that honors the great wines of Burgundy.The Domaine Robert Perroud is driven by the quest for excellence from vine to glass. We fell under the spell of this environmentally-friendly domaine, which is certified or in conversion to organic for many of its cuvées. In particular, we were seduced by the Cuvée Romain, a superb Brouilly for ageing, with clean, intense fruit. The Domaine Robert Perroud is to be discovered urgently!
