The Chablis from Domaine Bessin Tremblay is a model of its kind: it has a light yellow color with green highlights. Confidences de Robert Perroud is a lovely Burgundy that expresses the finesse of Pinot Noir. This organic wine aged 12 months in casks has lovely character and plenty of balance. A lovely treat in the bottle.
