Domaine Robert Perroud - Burgundy - Blanc Chiras 2023

The Tournebride cuvée from domaine Vincent Gaudry is a magnificent introduction: the nose develops slightly smoky, lemony notes. The palate is slender, taut and very elegant. Very fine persistence on a salivating finish.

A superb, accessible white Burgundy produced by the Clos des Rocs. A surprisingly fruity Mâcon, with a cocktail of citrus fruits followed by notes of yellow peaches. Juicy on the palate, with roundness and plenty of freshness: an ideal wine for the aperitif.

The Domaine Francois Crochet now produces superb reds. This is the case with this cuvée, with notes of cherry and strawberry, and a lovely aromatic frankness. Sancerre at its finest!

Confidences de Robert Perroud is a lovely Burgundy that expresses the finesse of Pinot Noir. This organic wine aged 12 months in casks has lovely character and plenty of balance. A lovely treat in the bottle.

The cuvée les Gouttes du domaine Romany is a Chardonnay aged for around 11 months in barrel. This organic Burgundy wine is round and gourmand, easy to pair with seafood and fish

A white Burgundy from Domaine Fellot offering excellent value for money. The nose develops notes of white flowers; the palate is balanced, round and buttery. A great success!
