Thomas Pico, a young man in his thirties, has quickly made a name for himself in Chablis. Running his organic Pattes Loup estate since 2009, Thomas Pico produces some of the most accomplished Chablis in the AOC, with sought-after ripeness, beautiful balance and real freshness. An estate to discover urgently.

The estate has gradually expanded, and Thomas is now also in charge of the family estate (Domaine de Bois d'Yver), from which his vines originate. (...) In this fine 2020 vintage, the wine develops cherry and licorice notes on the nose supported by a light woody touch. The palate is greedy and silky: it reveals a generous body on red and black fruit aromas. Fresh finish.
