Thomas Pico, a young man in his thirties, has quickly made a name for himself in Chablis. Running his organic Pattes Loup estate since 2009, Thomas Pico produces some of the most accomplished Chablis in the AOC, with sought-after ripeness, beautiful balance and real freshness. An estate to discover urgently.

The estate has gradually expanded, and Thomas is now also in charge of the family estate (Domaine de Bois d'Yver), from which his vines originate. (...) Vinifications using indigenous yeasts, construction of a new cellar in 2014: the wines have progressed rapidly. The latest vintages shine with singular brilliance, with extended maturation times."
