This IGP des Alpilles du Château Romanin is an ideal organic wine for summer meals. The nose is highly aromatic with notes of black fruits and flowers (violets) as well as licorice. The palate is round and elegant with greedy, smoky flavors.
Chateau Romanin, located in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, is an emblematic wine estate nestled on the northern slopes of the Alpilles. Spanning 250 hectares, it includes 58 hectares of vines, 4 hectares of olive trees and 2.5 hectares of almond trees, cultivated with meticulous care.
