Vincent Dauvissat is the benchmark for Chablis. The wine is straightforward, purely mineral; elegance is the domaine's watchword and this great wine is just waiting for your finest fish or seafood. Domaine Vincent Dauvissat is one of the best-known estates in Chablis. It has long made the use of wood in winemaking and wine ageing a compulsory practice. The vines are rigorously cultivated according to the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture, but without certification. Domaine Vincent Dauvissat's Chablis wines are outstanding for their purity and consistency year after year, and the Chablis Village is one of the finest representatives of the Chablis AOC. The Chablis Premier Cru Forest is richer and longer on the palate. It's ideal with the finest shellfish, as well as fish such as turbot. Vincent Dauvissat's premier cru Forest can be cellared for up to ten years without any problem.Finally, the grand cru Les Clos is a rare and sought-after bottle.
