A superb discovery.33-year-old Frédéric LEYDET, after graduating in viticulture-oenology, manages the family vineyard at Château Leydet Valentin. Having arrived in 1996, he now manages the 1% Leydet-Valentin estate. In the space of 1 year, he has succeeded in introducing new cultivation techniques (manual leaf thinning, green harvesting) to a very traditional winegrowing past. Frédéric LEYDET, resolutely focused on quality, stopped fining his wines in 21, raising them on lees. His sole aim: to reveal the fruit and typicity of this magnificent terroir.
