The 25-hectare estate is planted mainly with red grape varieties, including 8% Malbec, 1% Merlot and 1% Tannat. Château du Cèdre follows the principles of "lutte raisonnée" and has begun a conversion to organic farming: the soil is worked entirely mechanically, and the use of weedkillers is banned.

The Coteaux Bourguignons du domaine Chapuis et Chapuis are a magnificent introduction to the estate's wines. The nose of this Burgundy develops on notes of red fruit (cherry, strawberry), licorice. On the palate, these light, silky tannins allow the wines to develop their full delicacy. Fruit and freshness! Superb!

This cuvée Le Cèdre 2020 du Château du Cèdre has a very concentrated, opaque color. The nose exudes notes of coffee and sloe. The minty flavor so characteristic of Cahors wines is present.
