Beautiful vintage this cuvée Guilhouret from the Clos Thou is a gastronomic wine characterized by its volume and structure. Its assertive character remains bordered by a velvety mouthfeel and a lively yet coated finish in long fruitiness. The aromatic range continues to express fresh fruit (white peach, citrus) complemented by a touch of minerality. A complex dry Jurançon, long on the palate, developing on notes of wild flowers, white fruit and spicy notes. A lovely vintage that 2021 for this cuvée Guilhouret.The Clos Thou produces charming, gourmet Jurançons, alongside its neighbors Chapelle de Rousse, Clos Lapeyre and Camin Larredya. The Clos Thou is a very old Jurançon vineyard: in 1538, a certain Raymonde de Thou owned the premises and a few acres of vines.
