The Wine

La Dame is a 100% Pinot Noir made from “Pinot Fin” clones. It comes from a vineyard plot of approximately 30-year-old vines in the Champ La Dame lieu-dit, on clay-limestone soils, southwest of Givry. The grapes are hand-harvested, sorted, and fully destemmed. The wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels.
