Very good value for money.Domaine des Homs is a wine estate in the heart of Languedoc at the foot of the Montagne Noire, in the Minervois Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée zone.It is situated on a sandy-loamy-schist plateau. The domaine's terroir does not suffer from water stress. The vineyard comprises 12 hectares of AOC Minervois and 8 hectares of Vin de Pays. Our entire vineyard is worked according to the principles of organic agriculture, with the aim of creating harmony between the vine, the soil and its direct environment.

The "Clos de la Févrie" from the domaine de la Haute Févrie is a cuvée made from very old vines planted on the estate's best terroirs. The oldest vines were planted in 1922 on the Coteaux de la Sèvre. This is a Muscadet Sèvre et Maine sur lie with a very powerful, generous body, extravert in flavor. The finish with lovely ripe bitters and praline nuances is particularly promising.
