Domaine du Coulet - Côtes du Rhône - No Wine's Land 2023

The chateau Haut Moulin is a very pretty Cotes de Bordeaux Blaye made from old Merlot vines. Nicely constituted, this organic wine develops on notes of red fruit (strawberry, cherry). Excellent value for money.

The cuvée saint-Urbain rouge from domaine Jean Fournier is a lovely Marsannay on the finesse side. This organic Burgundy wine has lovely volume on the palate and a lovely sweetness. An ideal introduction to Côte de Nuits wines. The 2022 vintage is very successful, with expressive fruit! Great value for money!

Lais rouge du domaine Olivier Pithon was aged in concrete tanks. On the nose, this organic Roussillon wine is expressive with aromas of black fruits and spices. On the palate, it has a lovely silky texture resting on melted tannins.

The Montagny 1er cru des vignobles Ludocvic Pierrot possesses both the minerality and the gourmandise of wines from this superb terroir. A very nice value for money for this very high-level chardonnay.

Petit Ours, a juicy Syrah produced on the Visan terroir but with a Northern Rhône wine profile. Another superb success from Matthieu Barret's Domaine du Coulet!

Brise Cailloux is a magnificent Cornas from Domaine du Coulet. Matthieu Barret produces a digestible, complex wine here, with floral, spicy and blood orange notes. Superb!

Cinq Saouls du domaine du Coulet is an organic 100% cinsault wine. The nose is very expressive with notes of crushed strawberries; the palate is very supple, not very tannic. It's a gourmet, fresh, highly digestible wine.

Geniale Patronne du domaine du Coulet is a great Cornas. It is a structured wine that develops on very spicy notes. Keep it to discover its terroir expression and texture. Drink within 5 to 15 years.
