Illico blanc du domaine des Schistes possesses a light color. The nose of this organic wine is quite complex with floral notes and white-fleshed fruit. The palate is balanced, fresh and crisp.

The cuvée Vieilles Vignes du domaine Gauby is beautifully racy. The nose is complex with notes of black fruits and spices. L'enfant is the second wine of the Château Mille Roses in the Haut-médoc appellation, all suppleness and gourmandise. Depending on the year, 80% to 90% Merlot and the balance Cabernet Sauvignon.
