Domaine Vincenti - AOP Patrimonio - Prumessa White 2024

This gewurztraminer Wahlenbourg du domaine Ginglinger is a blend of different parcels from the Felsacker, Sundgass and Hissererweg lieux-dits, three predominantly limestone terroirs imprinting a particularly fruity, lively and sapid style on the gewurztraminer. Invariably, our Walhenbourg cuvée is a gourmet gewurztraminer, playing on finesse and elegance. We loved the superb integration of residual sugar in this Alsatian white.

This white organic wine from Château de Caraguilhes has a beautifully complex nose between white fruit and the mineral side of the wine. It develops on notes of almond blossom, white peach and apricot underlined on the second nose by light citrus scents. The palate is full and silky, with a lovely freshness. Citrus fruits are present, accompanied by a hint of acacia and fennel. A well-balanced organic wine with good length at the back of the palate.

Le Grand Vin Blanc du Château Cazebonne is a cuvée made from Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc grapes, emblematic of the Graves region. This organic white wine is distinguished by its elegance, complexity and finesse. The grapes are harvested at perfect ripeness to capture all their freshness and aromatic richness. Grand Vin Blanc offers subtle floral aromas mingled with notes of citrus and white-fleshed fruit, such as peach and pear. On the palate, it has a lovely liveliness with a smooth texture, brought about by barrel aging that adds depth and toasty notes.

The cuvée Tradition rouge du domaine Richeaume reveals intense aromas of ripe black fruits, such as blackberry and blackcurrant, accompanied by subtle spicy notes and garrigue. On the palate, it is both powerful and elegant, with well-integrated tannins and long-lasting aromas. Cuvée Tradition is ideal with grilled meats, dishes in sauce or mature cheeses.
