The Domaine Hubert Lignier is a winery located in Morey-Saint-Denis, Burgundy. It is run by Laurent Lignier, who took over the family business in 2006. The domaine cultivates 12 hectares of vines, spread over 20 parcels. The vines are planted with 100% Pinot Noir. Renowned for its wines of great finesse and respect for tradition, this house produces organic wines from vines planted on prestigious terroirs, notably in Gevrey-Chambertin, Morey-Saint-Denis and Chambolle-Musigny.

The wines are often colorful and fleshy, with good density. You'll need to wait a few years to fully appreciate them. They can also be kept for over 20 years.
