L'Enclos des Braves is a winery located in Vertus, in the Tarn region, founded in 1970 by Pierre Delmas. Today, his son—also named Pierre—runs the estate with his wife, Marie-Claire, after taking over the family business in 2006. The 8 hectares of vineyards, planted on a south-facing slope of deep clay on the edge of the Tarn Valley, have been farmed biodynamically since 2015.
The estate cultivates exclusively native Gaillac grape varieties—Duras, Braucol, Len de l’El, Gamay de Gaillac, and Sauvignon Blanc—produced using traditional methods with minimal intervention. The Guide to the Best Wines of France praises the precision of this approach: “His range, built on sensitivity, draws on what the soil and climate provide, remaining faithful to the philosophy of biodynamics that links the cosmos to the earth.”
Duras en Passer perfectly illustrates this philosophy: a deep and elegant Gaillac, where the Duras grape—renowned for its spicy and peppery notes and its beautiful tannic structure—expresses itself with precision and restraint.

This bubbly from Domaine de Brin is a great success. This wine is an ancestral method, with the end of fermentation finishing in the bottle. The attack is greedy and fruity. The bubbles are fine and elegant, finishing on a beautiful freshness. We love it!
