A favorite during our tasting, seduced by the wine's silkiness and fruit. Superb.Le Mas de la Séranne (named after the range of hills opposite) is located in Aniane ( a very old wine-producing village ) 3 km N.W of Montpellier. The estate was created in 1998, out of passion. Initially, Le Mas de la Séranne covered just 5 ha. Little by little, the estate grew through the acquisition of smaller parcels. Currently, the surface area is around 16ha.The Mas de la Séranne has been organically farmed since 2012. It produces magnificent Languedoc bio and Terrasses du Larzac bio. The wines are excellent value for money and, for the most ambitious, have good ageing potential. The prices of the first vintages are very measured: these wines are excellent value for money.

The cuvée Authentique rouge from Domaine de l'Arbussèle is a superb organic Faugères. The nose is expressive and fruity. On the palate it reveals the power of the terroir, developing on notes of black fruits, olives and garrigues. Good length.

The cuvée Angeline du domaine de l'Arbussèle is a superb organic white wine from Languedoc. Its expressive nose develops floral and honey notes. On the palate, its roundness gives way to a lovely freshness on the finish.

In a very fine vintage, the cuvée domaine du Domaine Combier is another great success. The wine is powerful, racy, spicy, with notes of black fruit and pepper. Soft but voluminous on the palate. A great organic wine to accompany dishes in sauce or red meats, for example.

La complantation is a superb white produced by the domaine Marcel Deiss. Elegant and fruity, it will be ideal as an aperitif or with a nice fish. This organic wine is made from a blend of 13 grape varieties: riesling, pinot and gewurztraminer combine with outstanding harmony and elegance. Superb!

Sous les Micouliers du Mas de la Seranne is a Languedoc rosé that is both powerful and charming. It develops notes of red fruit, with a slightly peppery finish. A fine cuvée to accompany grilled meats.

A l'ombre du Figuier, the small cuvée from Mas de la Seranne , is a superb cuvée full of fruit. It develops on notes of red fruit (cherry), licorice stick, with a blackberry finish. Excellent value for money.
The cuvée les Ombelles du Mas de la Seranne is a superb white Languedoc. Luscious and fruity, it's well-balanced enough to accompany aperitifs as well as white meats and fish in sauce. Sunshine to drink.

Gorgeous bottle of the cuvée 2022 from this vintage! Antonin et Louis du Mas de la Seranne has a complex nose with notes of leather, but also fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry) and spices (pepper, cinnamon). The palate is fleshy and elegant. The tannins of this great Languedoc organic wine are harmonious and supple, supported by a long, fresh, mentholated finish. Magnificent bottle
