Domaine Le Novi - Luberon - Amo Blanco 2022

On this brand-new Touraine-Chenonceaux appellation, the Clos Roussely produces a superb 100% sauvignon dry white. Very refined, elegant and airy, this white will go very well with seafood, fish and goat's cheese platters... Very elegant, with good volume in this 2023 vintage, this is a superb wine.

The Chablis from Domaine Bessin Tremblay is a model of its kind: it has a light yellow color with green highlights. The nose is complex, developing notes of white fruits, spices, fresh herbs and flowers. On the palate, the attack is fresh with flavors of white fruit, citrus and spices, offering a beautiful intensity and great length.

A magnificent Riesling Vendanges tardives from the Marcel Deiss estate at full maturity: the sweetness of the wine is counterbalanced by the minerality of the riesling. The whole is sumptuous and very elegant. A great bottle to enjoy with pan-fried foie gras, for example.

Deponcins du domaine François Villard is a magnificent Condrieu. On the nose, it develops floral and fruity aromas, blending white flowers and fruit. The cuvée domaine rouge du domaine de Fontenille possesses a powerful, fruity nose with notes of black cherries stewed with spices from a fine Syrah from the sunniest plots. Lattaque confirms the nose with greediness, roundness and concentration. A pretty substance with new notes of black fruit, giving way to freshness and variation.

Terre de safre du Domaine le Novi red has a brilliant red color with purple highlights. The intense nose develops notes of tart red berries, spices and cocoa. The palate is delicate and velvety, with aromas of cherry, spice and licorice.

Amo Roujo du domaine le Novi is opaque red in color. The very intense nose reveals aromas of blackberries, black cherries, tart berries and hints of cumin and cocoa. The attack on the palate is frank and velvety, with ripe, silky tannins.

This domaine de Fontenille rosé has a pretty, clear color. The nose develops aromas of rose, citrus and red fruit. The palate is greedy, fresh and mineral. Very good length. A great success!
