Cuvée Granit Blanc is made from Vermentinu grapes. Vinification is by direct pressing, in 400-liter barrels and 600-liter demi-muids. Aging takes place in barrels for 12 months, on whole lees, then two months in stainless steel tanks and finally 5 months in bottle. Bursting with flavor and a citrus zest finish, superb!Guide des meilleurs vins de France 2022 : 94/100The Domaine de Vaccelli is located in Cognocoli-Monticchi, Corsica. The family estate extends over 27 hectares planted with numerous grape varieties, including a large proportion of autochthonous varieties. The vineyards are managed using certified organic methods.
