Quartz rouge du domaine de Vaccelli is an elegant, intense Corsican red wine. This wine has benefited from 28 months of aging in demi-muids. The profile of this wine is more infusion than structure, in order to obtain a cuvée with just the right amount of tannin. It develops on notes of red fruit, elegant oak and smoke. Superb overall freshness.

The color is golden yellow with brilliant highlights. The nose is open and very expressive, with notes of acacia, butter, and hazelnut, along with hints of lemon and pomelo. The palate is full-bodied and round, with a beautiful, coating texture, freshness, and a slight bitterness on the finish. Serve at 12–14 °C.
80% Vermentinu, Carcaghjolu Blancu, Riminese, Genovese, and Cudivarta; organic 2019; granitic soils; Taravu Valley. Stockinger casks and demi-muids for 12 months on lees, followed by 7 months in stainless steel tanks.
Aging potential: 5–8 years.
