Château Bichon Cassignol
Chateau Bichon Cassignol in brief....
The Vignoble de Bichon Cassignol is located twenty kilometers southwest of Bordeaux, on deep gravel in the commune of La Brède, adjacent to the prestigious Pessac-Léognan crus.
On 12.5 hectares, Jean-François Lespinasse has been working his vines since 1981. In the heart of the Graves region on the left bank, close to La Brède and Bordeaux, he has seen the urbanized environment around his vines grow considerably over the past 30 years. For him, respecting local residents and the environment was a matter of course. This former president of Terra Vitis, went organic in 2008.
