The Pur C cuvée from Clos de la Barthassade is a superb cinsault wine, gourmand and fresh, to be drunk on the fruit. A juicy wine that develops on notes of raspberries and strawberries. We crunch the grapes!

The Petit Clos du Clos Maïa has a very fragrant nose with notes of black fruit. The palate shows a beautiful balance, typical of the 2022 vintage. The wine develops notes of black fruit and sweet spices, all supported by silky tannins. A very lovely Languedoc wine that is approachable in its youth.

A magnificent Moelleux from the domain of Herrebouc, both mellow and oxidative, with notes of honey, nuts and caramel. A superb discovery.

The Croisée du domaine de la Cotelleraie is a full-bodied, gourmand, fleshy organic wine, with present but pleasant tannins. At last, a Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil with substance, body and fruit. Good cellaring capacity for this bottle, which we recommend drinking after 3 or 4 years of cellaring.

L'instant T du domaine Terres d'Ocres is a magnificent Saint-Pourçain that's both light and fruity. This organic Loire wine develops aromas of strawberry and cherry. A wine that reveals a beautiful minerality on the palate combined with a rather supple tannic structure.

Dacite des Vins de la Madone est un gamay issu de jeunes vignes. Ce vin bio se décline sur des des notes florales de violette et de pivoine, tout en finesse. La bouche, très fraîche et tendre, offre une rondeur et un velour dans lesquels ces mêmes arômes floraux viennent amener une touche très féminine. Finesse et élégance pour cette nouvelle cuvée.

The cuvée Chevrefeuilles from the domaine de la Réméjeanne has a ruby-red color, a nose of fresh fruit, red and black berries, and hints of minty chocolate. On the palate, this is an elegant, tender wine with fine aromas. It is supple with velvety tannins. A hint of freshness gives the wine a delicious, fruity balance.

Magnificent Monbazillac from Domaine de l'Ancienne Cure: as always, this organic wine is well-balanced and delicious, without ever becoming too heavy. A model of its kind for gourmet connoisseurs!

The Piliers de Maison Blanche 2020 du château Maison Blanche is a superb Montagne Saint Emilion. With a beautiful structure this biodynamic wine has a lovely bouquet, on notes of black fruit, oak and leather. We appreciated its freshness and balance. A fine discovery to be enjoyed with autumnal dishes!

The cuvée domaine blanc du domaine de Fontenille has a lovely fresh nose that develops on aromas of hawthorn, flowers, peach, and pear.

Ad Libitum du domaine de la Grange Tiphaine is a fruity, gourmand red that doesn't lack substance. A great introduction to the estate's red wines!

The Grand Carré du Mas d'Agalis is a magnificent natural dry white wine from the Languedoc. This barrel-aged organic wine is both complex and digestible, floral and powerful. A superb discovery!

This original wine, 100% marselan, has a deep, almost black color. The nose is a bomb of red fruit! The palate is supple and round, with an appreciable freshness on the finish.

Aux Ecully du Domaine Romany is a magnificent cuvée: a fruity, intense Gamay with lovely freshness in this 2021 vintage. A wonderful discovery!
