Entre Amis blanc du Chateau Cazebonne is a pretty Graves full of gourmandise. A pretty bottle, with a lovely freshness, pleasant to drink, which assumes structure. Part of the harvest (20%) underwent a 5-day fermentation in contact with the skins.

The Jouvencelle du Chateau des Annibals is a greedy, highly expressive white, with notes of yellow fruit. A lovely Provence bottle!

Very pretty white Ventoux from Château la Croix des Pins. On the nose, this organic wine develops spring, lemon and lychee notes. On the palate, the wine develops notes of yellow and white fruit. Abracadabra rouge du Chemin des rêves opens with notes of licorice, sweet spices and ripe fruit. After aeration, we discover intense floral notes (iris), crossed with pepper and black cherry. The palate is fleshy, fresh, with well-coated tannins and good consistency. Persistent retro-olfaction of prune. Excellent value for money

This white organic wine from Château de Caraguilhes has a beautifully complex nose between white fruit and the mineral side of the wine. It develops on notes of almond blossom, white peach and apricot underlined on the second nose by light citrus scents. The palate is full and silky, with a lovely freshness. Citrus fruits are present, accompanied by a hint of acacia and fennel. A well-balanced organic wine with good length at the back of the palate.

The Bambin blanc du Château Rousset is a pretty, fresh viognier. Avoiding the heaviness of many viogniers, this organic wine from Provence is fruity, elegant and aromatic. Ideal as an aperitif or with grilled vegetables.

The Ugni blanc cuvée from Château Armoria is a confidential white made from 100% ugni blanc. The nose develops notes of citrus, verbena. The palate is fruity and mineral, with a lovely liveliness. We love it!

We were thrilled by the cuvée Antonyme 2023 from the domaine Canet Valette. The nose is expressive with red fruits and spices. The palate is round and greedy; it also has a very nice mache. A superb vintage for this cuvée.

An organic Chinon from Château de Coulaine on fruit and purity. Here, Jean has crafted a wine with length and finesse, highlighting fruit and terroir. The wine reveals blackberry notes with a licorice finish. This Château de Coulaine is a great success!

The cuvée du Clos Joubert du domaine de la Haute Févrie comes from a parcel of vines overlooking the Sèvre, with vines aged between 40 and 50 years. This great organic Muscadet is aged in barrels for 9 to 10 months. Lightly woody notes with hints of vanilla and sweet spices. Nice saline finish!

Superb Provence cuvée la Fesse Mathieu du château des Annibals. A wine full of sunshine, developing on notes of black fruits and sweet spices.

Le temps des cerises du domaine de la Noblaie is a superb, fruity organic Chinon. This cuvée is characterized by soft tannins and intense red fruit notes. Le Temps des Cerises is an ideal entry-level wine at Domaine de la Noblaie.
